Colliderfest: Hull’s Annual Celebration of Science, Creativity & Culture
Every spring, Hull bursts into life as Colliderfest transforms the city into a vibrant playground of ideas, discovery, and imagination. This annual STEAM festival—celebrating the intersections of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths—brings together families, schools, creatives, scientists, and curious minds from across the region. Organised by the University of Hull and Hull City Council, in partnership with Hull Museums and The Deep, the festival fills the city centre with hands‑on activities, live performances, installations, and inspiring talks for all ages.
Across four dynamic days, Colliderfest offers something for everyone. Designed to inspire a lifelong enthusiasm for science and the arts, Colliderfest continues to grow each year—offering mostly free events and championing participation from people of all backgrounds.
